First and foremost, I have to say thank you.

 

For those who have been long time clients and friends, you took a chance on Groomed when this business was new and when the salon was young, and that’s something I’ll always be grateful for.

 

Over the past 5 years we’ve been lucky to work with some awesome people and become friends as a result of our time together. It’s been quite a ride! We are here today to tell you about a few changes.

 

As you know, 2020-2021 has been full of changes for Groomed Salons. Because of this, we have been working to create a system that will streamline schedules while allowing Groomed and our Team grow. This will hopefully make it easier for you to book, while also creating a better experience while you are in the salon. Due to this, you will see a change in service offerings and our pricing structure. Beginning in January 2022, we will have a tiered pricing structure, which you can see on our services page. This structure is the beginning of a new education system here at Groomed Salons. Of course, our ultimate goal is always to provide you with the best experience. We are so thrilled that each team member is being adequately trained to be a direct representation of Groomed and what this brand stands for. As with any job/position, a person's skill, education and experience are rewarded with raises. In order to ensure that each stylist in Groomed is adequately compensated for such skills and experience, annual pricing raises (which also cover market inflation) are implemented as well. As a reminder, these changes will take effect on January 1st, 2022. Each stylist and their Level is listed on our main page. All of our stylists undergo training, education, reviews, and service goals in order to grow within the company. 

 

Thank you for being more than just clients, but for being our extended family. We would still love to see you and have you in the salon but do, however understand that with these changes it may mean that you will need/want to transition to another one of our amazing team members here at Groomed that may fit within your budget. Should you need to transition to a stylist that better fits your budget, we eagerly welcome the opportunity to ensure that transition is swift and that your experience remains the same. Our most sincere hope is that you will continue trusting Groomed with your personal care needs.

 

We also have a new website, which includes a full schedule with all of our events. You are able to easily RSVP to events directly on our website, as well as sign up to our events mailing list to be directly informed of all the events happening at all of our locations.
